Guitar Hero III is pretty much my favorite video game. My BFFL gave me some cheats to unlock things and some other stuff. If u like GHIII as much as I do, you'll luv these cheats:
B4 u use any of these cheats, u might want 2 know where 2 go 2 unlock them and what the different letters mean, though it's kind of obvious. If u don't know what they mean, or where 2 go, keep reading:
K, B4 u do ANYTHING 2 unlock the cheats, on the main menu, go to "Options". A page with this freaky floating worm-like thing should come up. At the very bottom of that page it says "Cheats". Click on that. Then it comes up with a blue page with a guy in a red, white,and blue shirt on holding a guitar on it. Again, on the very bottom of that blue page, it says "enter cheat". Click on that. When u click on it, a black guitar neck comes up with the 5 colors on it. That's why u need 2 know what these letters mean:
G=green fret R= red fret Y=yellow fret B=blue fret O=orange fret
one single letter means one fret. U have 2 hold down the color b4 u strum though. 4 example: R G= red, then green. 2 or more letters in () means it's a chord 4 example: (YBO)= yellow,blue, and orange together in one strum.
